What are some sad truths about life?

#1- No matter how hard you try, how much time or money you spend, and no matter how good you are you can't MAKE somebody love you.

#4- People (largely females) on average are going to always gravitate towards the hot toxic jerks over anybody else no matter how good they are and if they'd just stop and date the people with good personalities they could breed hot good guys/girls with good morals and rocking bodies that have it all and would lead the world towards utopia, but instead we'll keep foster homes and abortion clinics well filled until the inevitable heat death of the universe. šŸ‘‰ Everybody needs to know their worth and find someone who sees them as a prize catch. It's hard. It will probably take awhile, but it's worth it.

#2- If you're hot you can get away with everything short of murder, and maybe even that.

Hello, I have a question about astral projection. I started to get interested in this a little while after my mum passed in april. I thought I may be able to see her and speak with her if I managed to achieve astral projection. Since this interest, every time i sleep on my back I go into sleep paralysis. However, I cant progress into astral projection because it is very scary for me as I feel like I'm suffocating when this happens. I panic and force myself to wake up. This only ever happened about once a year before this. It sometimes lasts a long time. This has happened about 3 times per week since my mum died, as mentioned on a previous post. I no longer try to go into it anymore(due to the suffocating feeling), but it still happens. I read that sleep paralysis is the pathway to astral projection. Why has this started to happen so frequently since simply taking an interest in it? Is this connected to the afterlife? I am concerned about it as I now cannot seem to stop this happening. Could it be my mum trying to communicate? Im asking due to more knowledge around this in this group.

#3- It isn't remotely about you. Unless you're really lucky or you worked your absolute aƗƗ off you're going to spend your life in service of everybody else. The silver lining is you can pick who those people are mostly, make sure they're worth it.
